Job Description

Job title: IT Data & Analytics DevSecOps Manager

You are Responsible for:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Data, AI, and data platform-related business queries and initiatives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions and enterprise applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage end-to-end platform delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and operational support within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization throughout the platform lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, business process experts, platform analysts, and DevSecOps teams to deliver business-aligned solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external platform teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of business requirements.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, DevSecOps, and automation best practices to improve operational efficiency and accelerate delivery.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and platform performance.
  • Support capability-building, sourcing, and resource utilization initiatives within the organization.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement proactive improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.

Data Insights & Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and accelerating digital transformation across the enterprise. The organization focuses on leveraging data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams, the organization delivers scalable and secure digital solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data & AI platform architecture, and digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, enterprise data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in programming, scripting, database technologies, and data integration frameworks including ETL/ELT processes and big data technologies.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, deployment strategies, and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, problem-solving, and innovation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in both individual contributor and collaborative team environments.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and cross-functional global teams.
  • Proven experience working in cross-cultural and global environments with strong collaboration skills across architects, business stakeholders, platform teams, and engineering teams.
  • Experience leveraging Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation, operational excellence, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in software validation and quality assurance processes is preferred.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Skills Required
