SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Coordinator to join our team. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT-related activities, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems, and supporting the IT department in various administrative and technical tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.The position will report to the IT Manager, be based at the Hiep Phuoc Factory, and may be assigned tasks at other locations.
Responsibilities:
Support end users (at multi-site) by checking, installing and resolving any issues on desktops, laptops, printers, PABX, and others IT equipment (photocopy, CCTV, access control in coordination with Global Service Desk (GSD) to ensure smooth usage and maintenance of IT equipment.
Support the IT Manager in managing all the IT assets at all locations by ensuring IT system/server, the router, firewall working smoothly all locations with data security and timely as well as compliance with Group IT. Support 5S in the IT area.
Responsible for IT purchases by verifying specification, purchase and cost relevant to IT items/activities with the purchasing department to ensure compliance with Internal Control Policies.
Be the middle person by liaising with external parties like suppliers, service providers and relevant parties (Global Service Desk, etc.) when required to ensure accurate information and communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or coordination roles.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Personal qualities:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
