WE OFFER

  • Compensation: $75,300 Annually Fixed Rate  
  • Work Environment: Hybrid schedule based in Mendota Heights, MN. After the initial orientation period, the role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week. 
  • Team Culture: Collaborative, service-driven, and solutions-focused; we value accountability, flexibility, and continuous learning.  
  • Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, flexibility available (with occasional flexibility to meet deadlines or support key initiatives across all U.S. time zones.)

Job Description

As our IT Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our Information Services team, helping keep technology running smoothly across a multi-site organization. In this role, you'll coordinate IT operations, support enterprise technology initiatives, manage technology assets, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service while driving continuous improvement. 

  • IT Operations Support: Support daily IT operations by coordinating service activities, assisting the Information Systems team, monitoring workflows, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. 
  • Technology Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise technology assets, including inventory and CMDB accuracy, procurement, deployment, licensing, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software. 
  • IT Project Coordination: Coordinate IT projects from planning through completion by tracking timelines, organizing resources, communicating updates, and supporting successful project execution.  
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources that enable consistent support and user success. 
  • Research & Process Improvement: Research emerging technologies, evaluate solutions, and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency. 
  • Vendor & Contract Support: Partner with technology vendors to coordinate services, manage technology agreements, monitor costs, and support purchasing and contract activities. 
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, support audits, and help ensure technology assets and processes remain compliant with organizational standards. 
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, build strong relationships across the organization, and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused IT culture. 

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered. 
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT operations, IT coordination, IT project management, technology asset management, or related IT role. 
  • Enterprise Systems & Platform: Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Office 365 administration, or cloud-based technologies. 
  • Microsoft 365 & Excel Expertise: Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. 
  • Project Coordination & Prioritization: Experience managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results. 
  • Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future. 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Professional Certifications: ITIL® Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, Project+, Microsoft 365 Certification, Microsoft Power BI (PL-300), CAPM, PMP, or equivalent industry certifications 
  • Enterprise IT Operations: Experience supporting IT operations in a multi-site organization, including technology asset management, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and lifecycle management. 
  • Business Systems & Reporting: Familiarity with enterprise applications, Workday, reporting tools, and operational reporting to support informed business decisions.

Tim and Diane were the live-ins for that first program and they have continued their leadership of the organization since. Through the success of that program Dungarvin has grown to employ approximately 4,000 people who currently provide supports to over 4,712 individuals across 14 states.
