We are seeking an IT Coordinator to act as an on-site resource responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams. The role focuses on supporting the release lifecycle, maintaining alignment across teams, and promoting smooth, high-quality deliveries. The IT Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that releases are executed efficiently with minimal risks or delays.
- Act as the primary liaison between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Coordinate and track end-to-end release activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases
- Support the release cycle by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are clearly managed
- Organize and lead release related meetings (planning, readiness, status updates) and follow up on action items
- Maintain release documentation, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholders
- Monitor delivery health and promote best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality releases
- Track issues, risks, and blockers, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up
- Support testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validation activities
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, change management, and release standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in IT coordination, project coordination, or release management
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple teams (e.g., development, QA, operations)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes
