Leidos is looking for an IT Contract Analyst with strong finance background to join our Corporate Business Operations team. Our team focuses on financial control, operations, and asset management for Digital & Information Office organizations. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for hardware, software, and professional services contract lifecycle and other procurement matters. You will perform various duties related to the organization’s hardware, software, and service contracts while providing outstanding customer service.
The IT Contracts Analyst is expected to:
- Facilitate the purchase of original and/or renewals of hardware, software or professional service contracts and purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and standards.
- Track quality throughout product and contract lifecycles.
- Support process improvement activities and participates, as needed, in requirements definition, testing and training for system changes related to the contract management process/tools.
- Utilize various methods for fulfilling internal customer requirements.
- Create requisitions for hardware / software purchases and subsequent maintenance
- Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools (ServiceNow) to create, analyze, review and track contract/purchase data
- Provide artifacts in ServiceNow for all hardware and software procurements
- Work with other team members and management staff regarding document control and configuration management use and processes
- Support creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Provide input for continual process improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of contract management, customer service experience in dealing with internal customers and external suppliers. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must have the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with budget owners and end users to process purchase requests
- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Office, Excel, Power Point
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow, Deltek Costpoint
- Demonstrated experience with the full acquisition lifecycle

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
