Purpose and scope of the role
2nd & 3rd level support responsibility for ROCKWOOL Group Learning & Development (L&D) Tool and additional applications identified (JIRA) within the Application Management service.
What you will be doingTechnical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide 3rd line and advanced technical support for the L&D tool, addressing and resolving user issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot platform-related problems, including system errors, login issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
Liaise with software vendors or external support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Platform Management
Oversee the day-to-day functionality and performance of the L&D platform, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Configure and manage system settings, user permissions, and support HR Community.
User Training & Onboarding:
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and user guides to help employees and stakeholders effectively utilize the L&D tool.
Onboard new users by providing walkthroughs and addressing initial queries.
Gather user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Strategic Guidance
Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to align the tool’s features with organizational learning objectives.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve the learning experience and maximize the platform’s capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in L&D tools to advise on potential upgrades or new solutions.
Secure a close collaboration with related teams and customers to secure overall alignment.
Data Management & Reporting
Monitor and analyse platform usage metrics, generating reports to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies while managing user data and system logs.
Provide insights into learning engagement and effectiveness based on system data.
Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained within service area.
Additional System Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide 2nd line and advanced technical support for the additionally identified Digital services, addressing and resolving user issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot platform-related problems, including system errors, login issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
Liaise with software vendors or external support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
What you bring
IT Bachelor or Master degree
3+ years’ of experience within area of expertise (LMS administration)
Analytical skills
Written and spoken English proficiency
