Job Description- Active collaboration in the Service design, technical design, consulting of AUMOVIO global Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
- Responsible of operational incident and change management (3rd level support) in area of Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
- Responsible of infrastructure management (configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability patching, etc.) for Next Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control.
- Communication and coordination of activities with external suppliers, hardware vendors and internal departments for service-related topics (Design, Provider Mgmt., Demand Mgmt., Implementation, Incidents, Changes).
- Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers.
- Develop and recommend measures to improve the network and network security infrastructure by considering functionality and costs.
- Support Application and Service Owner with complex performance problems related to the Secure Connectivity Solutions: analysis, setup different scenarios, document performance measurements, troubleshooting, testing.
- Develop, provision and maintain an automation, orchestration and analysis platform for Secure Connectivity Solutions services.
- Project work in global teams.
- Responsible for knowledge sharing meetings in own area of expertise.
- Responsible to define work instructions, documentation and training materials.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Expert knowledge in the networking area: Network topologies & Network protocols
- Advanced Knowledge in the area of Cisco Next Generation Firewalling
- Advanced Knowledge in the area of Cisco ISE
- Knowledge in the area of network automation & monitoring
- Knowledge of IT Service Management
- DevOps skills is a bonus
- Fluent English
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team, with international supplier/vendors.
