Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on IT solutions and technology options.
- Evaluate systems, processes, risks, costs, and benefits.
- Support technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze enterprise systems, workflows, infrastructure, software, security, and data.
- Communicate technical recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.
Required:
- 2+ years of IT or IT consulting experience.
- Broad exposure to enterprise technology.
- Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred:
- IT consulting/client-facing experience.
- GRC, security audit, or risk management experience.
- Public-sector or regulated enterprise experience.
- Digital transformation/modernization experience.
