The IT Configuration Analyst is responsible for establishing systems configuration plans and standards, researching problems, and planning, executing, and validating configuration solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Your Impact:
- Implement configuration changes in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Setup, test, and maintain system configuration based on business and/or technical requirements.
- Ensure that systems configuration requirements properly integrate with existing systems processes.
- Collaboration with systems development to ensure the proper development of system configuration requirements.
- Perform assigned levels of validation for system configuration changes.
- Ensure that quality is built into all phases of systems configuration and continuous improvement is used to incorporate knowledge acquired from previous assignments.
- Manage internal clients throughout the entire configuration implementation life cycle.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge of Pearl’s IT Systems and their various modules, as well as developing an understanding of Pearl business processes and products.
- Develop and maintain system configuration policies and procedures.
- Provide basic end-user support including issue assessment and resolution during and immediately following implementation.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze data, insurance-based product documentation, and business process workflows.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of related experience, including configuration or process analysis within various CRM and administrative systems
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodology and models preferred (i.e., Waterfall, Agile).
- Strong problem-solving abilities using critical thinking that applies logic.
- Detail oriented with the capability to deliver a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to learn technical and functionality concepts quickly with a high level of retention.
- Ability to communicate technical and functionality concepts verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle frequent and random changes understanding when building custom software nothing is 100% predictable.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office solutions.
- Previous experience using insurance-based policy administration systems a plus.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is up to $70,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
