Responsibilities:Design, implementation and support of cost-efficient, standardized and harmonized process and system solutions
As process owner you design and implement modern, digital workplace solutions with Microsoft365 applications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Viva, Power Platform)
You are responsible for the continuous development and improvement of processes, methods, standards and tools in the area of communication and collaboration management
You support, moderate and promote an active key user community, fostering change and adoption initiatives across the organization
You consult our business departments with your processual, technical and functional expertise in Microsoft365
You manage projects in the field of Communication and Collaboration
You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of business informatics or a comparable education
You have a proven track record in implementing Microsoft365 based solutions as a subject matter expert or architect
You have excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft365 with a focus on collaboration applications (MS Teams and Power Platform)
You have very good experience in Change & Adoption Management as part of the implementation of new technologies
You are fluent in German and English language
You are willing to learn, share knowledge and innovate the existing tools and processes
You enjoy working with a lot of initiative in a challenging environment
