Technical Skills- Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data structures and transactions.
- Hands-on experience with EBX (MDM platform) and its integration with SAP systems.
- Strong command of MS Excel and MS Access for data analysis and manipulation.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi, IDoc, BAPI, and APIs for data exchange.
- Experience in managing and resolving interface issues between SAP S/4, EBX, and SAP ECC.
- Deep understanding of business processes in sales, finance, inventory, purchasing, and quality.
- Execution of master data changes, including create, change, extend, block/unblock, and mass maintenance for customer, material, and vendor data.
- Maintenance of accurate material master data across all plants and sales organizations in SAP.
- Management of intercompany master data for Tax and International Trade Compliance (ITC).
- Governance to eliminate redundancies and ensure structural integrity in Material Master Data.
- Execution of data clean-up, validation, and monitoring activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Development and enforcement of master data policies, standards, and SOPs.
- Stewardship of S/4HANA master data including Business Partner, Material Master, and Pricing data.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of data interfaces between SAP S/4, EBX, and SAP ECC.
- Root-cause analysis and resolution of data synchronization and load failures.
- Collaboration with IT teams to enhance integration mappings and data transformation logic.
- Oversight of interface logs, error queues, and reconciliation reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership in training and onboarding new teams and companies transitioning to SAP.
- Design and documentation of new process flows for master data management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data governance initiatives across departments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP master data management, including customer, vendor, material, and pricing.
- Proven track record in S/4HANA data stewardship and interface management.
- Experience collaborating with IT, business teams, and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to broad audiences.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills; can effectively drive discussions and decisions toward desired results, able to get things done without formal authority.
