We’re proud to be recognized as a Top Employer, thanks to our colleagues who live by our core behaviors:
We collaborate (Team Up). We speak openly (Speak Up). We take initiative with responsibility (Step Up).
In the same spirit, AI is embedded in the way we evolve as an organization. Integrating AI capabilities into our roles comes naturally, as part of the transformation that enables better decisions, more efficient processes, and an improved customer experience.
Your mission
Join us as a IT Business Analyst and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, valuable, and implementable solutions across our IT landscape (core insurance systems, digital platforms, data flows, API Layers and supporting tools).
What will you do?
- Elicit, analyze, and structure business requirements into high‑quality Agile artefacts by working closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and internal clients, translating complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. Features, User stories, functional analysis documents, process and system flows).
- Work hands‑on in an Agile / SAFe environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Agile teams to refine backlogs, prepare features and stories for PI Planning, support refinement sessions, clarify dependencies, and ensure stories are “ready” and aligned with PI objectives and business priorities.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, while collaborating with architecture teams to validate solution options and system impacts.
- Act as a trusted advisor for business and product stakeholders, proactively challenging assumptions, identifying risks, managing expectations, and guiding decision‑making by clearly explaining trade‑offs, dependencies, and impacts.
- Contribute to solution design and delivery, supporting estimation, implementation, testing, and go‑live phases, and ensuring requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Support delivery, testing, and implementation, clarifying requirements during development, contributing to test scenarios and validation, supporting ST and UAT when needed, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations (including GDPR and security requirements).
- Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency, applying internal standards, data protection (GDPR), security requirements, and best practices throughout the analysis and delivery lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reuse solutions, improve documentation quality, and leverage automation and AI tools to increase productivity and clarity.
What will you bring?
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to software development projects and business analysis practices (requirements elicitation, functional analysis, stakeholder management). At least 3 years
- Solid understanding of IT and business processes, ideally within complex environments (insurance or financial services is a strong plus), and familiarity with system architectures and integration concepts
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with experience using analysis and design tools (e.g. Visio, UML, backlog management tools, collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work with design and PM tools: MS Visio, and modelling languages: UML/BPMN.
- Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques.
- Experience in creating documenting API’s and mapping sequence diagrams.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL databases
- You leverage your curiosity and automation tools (including AI) to turn change into value and continuously improve how we work.
- Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.
