IT Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions that align with business needs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assist in system evaluations, and contribute to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs
- Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with IT, external vendors, and business teams across all project phases
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user guides.
- Monitor project progress and assist in reporting and issue tracking.
- Provide support during system implementation and post-deployment phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or related role.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to ERP systems (experience in ERP consulting projects will be considered a strong asset)
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other core business platforms
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
