Your primary role will involve participating in the design and delivery of airline-related Information Systems. You would be required to support with the design and development of existing and new solutions for the airline.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Elicit business requirements
Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives
Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices
Propose and define the functional requirements
Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution
Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions
Prepare project documentation and manage the delivery of solution
Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities
Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders
Measure and report Return of Investment (ROI)
Provide support for information systems
Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience in IT, at least 2-3 years of BA work
Diploma or University Degree holder
Possess systems analysis and solution design skills
Familiar with JIRA or equivalent project management tools
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks
Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively
A good team player who takes initiative
Good communication skills
Strong in written documentation
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of applications development lifecycle
Knowledge of Agile software development
Knowledge of the latest trends in IT
Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
