Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for post-booking digital products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
- User Experience and Design
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the post-booking experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of ancillary services and booking management features.
- Agile Product Development
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, using Agile methodologies.
- Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all post-booking product-related matters.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
