JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Business Analyst will serve as the strategic interface between the IT department and the Engineering and Program Management functions within Adient. The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, ensuring IT services align with business objectives, and driving the delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Lead all engagements with the Business Teams on ideas, projects, and requests to/from IT teams
- Lead the project management for responsible IT projects using Service Now and PPM processes. The scope is limited to the Engineering projects and Program Management initiatives.
- Responsible for the ideation, proposal, and validation phases of new projects in the non-PLM application delivery team
- Responsible for End-to-End delivery of certain projects, including wholly outsourced solutions within your portfolio (for example, SaaS and/or small agile initiatives supported mainly by external vendors)
- Responsible for steering a team of IT Analysts, developers and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering and Program Management teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.
- Service Management: Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of IT services and projects, identifying areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.
- Budget Management: Manage the IT budget for Engineering and Program Management IT projects, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Must Haves
- College Degree and 5-6 years of relevant experience
