All about the role:

Electrolux Contact center and Sales management organization team is strengthening its focus and capabilities towards the B2B area. We are looking for an individual to take E2E responsibility for a subset solutions portfolio including their continuous improvement.

As an IT Business Analyst TO (Trade Operations), you will play a key role in defining and driving the solution portfolio forward, focusing on maximizing the business stakeholders satisfaction, drive adoption and manage the lifecycle management.

What you'll do:

  • Know your users: Understand the Electrolux users and stakeholders, their needs, and challenges to improve the customer experience.

  • Communication: Define a product communication to drive increased user adoption of the products in scope.

  • Strategy and lifecycle management: Own and drive the product vision and strategy by ensuring a product lifecycle management framework and stay on top of product roadmaps. By following the technology developments and evolve the portfolio offering accordingly.

  • Partner management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key users to ensure CI roadmap will provide benefit to the local users. Comunicate with our vendors in order to bridge the business and the tech teams.

  • Security: Ensure adherence to IT security frameworks in collaboration with IT security and our suppliers.

  • Continuous Improvement: Being able to prioritize the CI backlog coordinating the tests and the production deployment.

Who you are:

  • You hold a university degree and have minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B areas, cloud environment and consolidated knowledge of B2B sales processes, workforce mangamenent and their interactions.  

  • You have a solid knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud knowledge of principles and available processes.

  • You have the ability to gather Business requirements and map them in the application currently in use.

  • Knowledge of SAP SD module is a plus.

  • You are familiar with the use of Atalassian suite (Confluence and Jira)

  • Fluent in English (verbal/written).

  • Self-drive, strong influential leadership and relationship building skills.

  • You are structured, fact based and persistent, also in times of uncertainty.

  • You have the ability to proactively study, research and propose solutions to fulfill business requirements with the right out-of-the box thinking

Where you'll be:

This is a full-time position in one of our Electrolux Office in either Stockholm, Sweden, Krakow, Poland or Pordenone, Italy. You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
