What You'll Do
Support and enhance business applications including OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations
Troubleshoot application issues, manage system configurations, and provide user support
Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management
Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
Stay current on emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools
What You'll Bring
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of business application or software support experience
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (i.e. Hyland OnBase)
AI enhanced document capture (i.e. PageIQ Intelligent Capture)

What We Do
Ag Processing Inc a cooperative (AGP®) is a farmer-owned cooperative engaged in the procurement, processing, marketing, and transportation of grains and grain products. Since its formation in 1983, AGP has been committed to the success of its owners. Today, that is over 150 member cooperatives representing over 200,000 farmers throughout the United States. AGP operates ten soybean processing plants including six plants in Iowa, located at Eagle Grove, Emmetsburg, Manning, Mason City, Sergeant Bluff, and Sheldon. Other AGP processing plants are located at Dawson, Minnesota, St. Joseph, Missouri, Hastings, Nebraska, and Aberdeen, South Dakota.
