Performs general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial statement and operational report preparation, financial analysis, and accounting systems and controls development. Maintains financial records, supports daily accounting operations, communicates with other departments, and assists with special projects. The role coordinates with merchandising, operations, fixed assets, tax, accounts payable, and plant accounting teams.

Lead and develop a maintenance team while troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, motor controls, and process control systems. Plan and execute calibrations, preventive maintenance, and projects; coordinate contractors and vendors; maintain technical documentation; train staff; support capital planning; and promote safety and compliance to maximize plant reliability.

Oversee plant projects and procedures to improve ergonomics and facility efficiency. Manage project development (bids, budgets, contracts, schedules), coordinate inspections and interdepartmental activities, train staff, cover on-call rotation, assist capital and business planning, and ensure regulatory compliance for solvent extraction operations.

Supervise and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues, manage E & I Technicians, develop and implement electrical systems, and train staff on control systems.

Prepare and reconcile daily invoices, contracts, and balance sheets with merchandisers; communicate with stakeholders; provide ad hoc accounting support and other duties as assigned.

Support plant operations by managing projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving ergonomics and efficiency, supervising staff, maintaining inspection records, coordinating cross-department activities, and assisting with capital and business planning.

Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing, communicate status and delays, resolve pricing/billing/delivery issues, monitor inventory and logistics, maintain customer records, support sales, and prepare reports.

Lead and supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, and process control systems; oversee installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration, documentation, training, and capital projects to ensure plant reliability and safety.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL. Use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code review. Apply TDD/BDD/ATDD and automated testing, work with Azure DevOps pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, champion agile practices, and contribute to technology strategy and continuous improvement.
