The Opportunity
This role is based in our Patient Reported Outcomes & Digital Health Technology division, which is dedicated to delivering technology solutions for capturing patient-centric data within clinical studies. Operating within a lean, fast-moving micro-team, you will act as a tactical scout to streamline our patient-facing data acquisition platforms, directly reducing the daily burden on clinical trial participants. The outstanding opportunity to use an AI-native approach for rapid prototyping offers you a unique chance to shape human-centric healthcare tech from inception to deployment.
As an integrated part of the team, your main focus will include:
Drive Patient-Centricity: Turn qualitative trial participant feedback into actionable user experience requirements and map interface flows to minimize data-entry burdens for vulnerable patients.
Define Product Lifecycle: Support the execution of pilot studies, gather feedback, shape product roadmaps, and act as a System Owner to a portfolio of front-end applications.
Leverage Rapid Prototyping: Use generative AI tools as a force multiplier to rapidly build concepts, automate user experience testing for diverse user groups, and document system requirements.
Contribute to Strategy & Vision: Map emerging clinical study needs to platform capabilities, monitor digital health trends, and proactively embed modern AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate analysis.
Maintain Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as an active operational bridge between the core technical team, external SaaS vendors, and business-facing clinical functions to manage technical alignment and data validation timelines.
Consider Performance & Optimization: Use pilot data and system metrics to identify bottlenecks, streamline data acquisition pipelines, and implement agile best practices to accelerate data capture workflows.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly analytical, user-focused individual who balances a passion for scientific discovery with technical building capabilities.
Experience: Practical experience in business analysis, UX/UI design, systems analysis, or a junior product management role, coupled with a background or solid educational foundation in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
AI-Native Technical Skills: High proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to draft scripts, build front-end mockups, automate workflows, and generate testing logic.
Data Flow Knowledge: Strong understanding of the product discovery lifecycle, business analysis frameworks, modern data structures, and APIs; familiarity with GxP compliance or GDPR is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the unique ability to converse seamlessly with clinical scientists, business partners, and platform engineers alike within cross-functional teams.
Mindset: Equipped with a flexible, highly proactive, and hands-on "builder" mentality and a sense of relentless curiosity to dive deep into complex workflows and challenge the status quo.
