IT Business Analyst – Workday Integration

About the Role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will support the business as the first line of contact and join our Global Digital and Business Services (GDBS) team, specializing in Workday integrations. You’ll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining integrations. as well as fix upcoming issues together with our HCM stakeholders. You will find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems within the HCM area. This also includes root cause analysis and finding solutions together with your IT colleagues.

What You Will Do
Create new Workday integrations using RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI and assign required security.
Provide day-to-day support to existing HCM integrations, resolve complex technical issues.
Ensuring local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies and policies.
Monitor integration performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Translate business needs into technical solutions in partnership with HR and IT teams.
Support with Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.
Engage in HCM governance forums and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Design, Build, Test and Deploying Integrations preferably Workday solutions.
Proficient in HCM fundamentals and Integration Security.
Solid understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges.
Experience with PECI connectors (ideally ADP) is a strong plus.
Project management experience and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
