We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, define business processes, and facilitate the successful implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.

2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

3. Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit business needs, and define project scope.

4. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories.

5. Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

6. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to bridge the gaps.

7. Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other relevant documentation.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

9. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.

10. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

11. Facilitate user acceptance testing and support end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.

13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

14. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve business processes, systems, and workflows.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead role.

3. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories.

7. Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.

8. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

9. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

11. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

12. Experience in Insurance industry or domain is required.
