- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related technical degree; advanced degree a plus
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, including trainings and presentations
- Good understanding of Automotive business processes
- Experience in systems analysis and problem solving
- Strong customer management skills and ability to understand, translate and define complex business requirements in a proactive manner
- Ability of establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work directly with middle to senior management as well as employees at all levels throughout the organization
- ERP (ideally SAP) analytical skills confirmed by working experience, preferred in the Automotive Industry, +5 years
- Very good English in writing & speaking
- Project management experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities
