THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Director IT, Business Relationship Management is a global leader tasked with developing and executing the long-term technology strategy for the Nutrition Supply Chain. This role ensures the seamless delivery and support of innovative solutions and services to support this critical business area.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Provides strategic leadership to executive leadership on business process transformation, application modernization, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
- Establishes the technology strategy for the development, implementation, and management of Supply Chain and ERP Functions across Abbott Nutrition sites enabling them to perform business processes more effectively and efficiently. Deliver business capability roadmaps, strategic thought leadership, and knowledge of state-of-the-art capabilities to achieve business objectives and drive value.
- Provide expert knowledge across a set of diverse business processes, an in-depth knowledge of the software delivery methodology, processes and tools, and strong executive presence. This position requires proven leadership in business relationship management, delivery of application solutions, and organizational change management experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of equipment, systems and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
- Advise executive management on long-range strategies for information systems related direction as well as strategy for execution.
- Set policies, procedures, technical standards, methods, and priorities.
- Control and recommend budgets.
- Control the selection, development and training of information technology professionals and other staff and monitor their performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles within IT
- 7+ years of experience managing globally diverse teams in a large global enterprise
- Executive presence and acumen for navigating strategic discussions with executive business leadership.
- Experience working with IT vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of key technologies: Enterprise Resource Planning, Customs and Transportation, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influence, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to bring insight, knowledge, best practices, and feedback to strategic discussions.
The base pay for this position is
$147,300.00 – $294,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
