  • POSITION SUMMARY:
    We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and highly motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate will support the daily treasury department operations in the US and internationally. The role requires the candidate to be collaborative, analytical minded, attentive to detail and be able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are aligned to US business hours between 6 am - 3 pm eastern standard time.

     

  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    · Loads monthly bank statements into company’s treasury workstation.
    · Manages the group email box and actions accordingly.
    · Liaises with In-house bank team and manages the internal loan tracker.
    · Administer ACH transfers, wires and other treasury functions.
    · Assists with forecasting and analyzing cash flows to optimize cash resources, maintain liquidity and reduce interest expense.
    · Process Treasury invoices through accounts payable automation software, Esker.
    · Coordinates and completes KYC and AML documents with banking partners. Liaises with internal legal and sanctions departments.
    · Prepares month-end cash reconciliation.
    · Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed.
    · Performs daily standard cash management functions within the company’s treasury workstation.
    · Supporting the Treasury team in successful completion of global RFPs (e.g. multi-country banking RFPs)

     

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Commerce. 

1-3 years of treasury operations experience.

· Prior experience with US-headquartered multi-national required

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

· Experience with a treasury workstation, bank portals, ERPs a plus.

· Prior experience with multi-country banking RFPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.·
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • · Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • · Team player with strong organization skills; attention to detail.

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 1+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
     

  • MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis. Understanding of ABC policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets. Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
