We're seeking a IT AV Support Analyst to join our team at Cloud Imperium Games, supporting our wide and varied audio-visual (AV) landscape covering cinema rooms, large video walls, motion capture studio and of course video conferencing. Our user base is often looking for bleeding edge technology advancements across all these spaces and this role will be pivotal in providing support and innovation.
The IT AV Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for AV systems and IT equipment. They ensure the smooth operation of AV hardware and software, assist in the setup and breakdown of AV equipment for events, and collaborate with IT teams to manage and resolve AV-related issues.

What does a IT AV Support Analyst do?

Provide first-line support for all AV and related IT inquiries and issues.

Setup, test, and operate AV equipment for various meetings, presentations, and events.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing equipment.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AV systems with existing IT infrastructure.

Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and manage the checkout process for portable devices.

Contribute to the development of an overarching corporate AV strategy.

Develop and document AV system processes and procedures.

Train end-users on the proper use of AV equipment and software.

Stay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements.

Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
What do we ask for?

Proven experience in AV support and IT, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of AV systems, IT infrastructure, and network connectivity.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
