Job Description
- Troubleshooting & resolving L1/L2 IT issues for hardware, software, and applications.
- Installing & configuring end-user PCs, laptops, and VMs.
- Supporting administration of Microsoft 365 services (Windows 365 Suite, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Assisting with Active Directory account management and group policy operations.
- Interacting with internal users to resolve Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
- Managing wired LAN networks and troubleshooting cabling problems.
- Maintaining the IT hardware/software/application upgrade calendar as per policy.
- Preparing weekly and monthly IT operational reports.
- Maintaining and updating hardware and software inventory.
- Handling minor in-house hardware repairs.
- Coordinating with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and procurement.
- Supporting new joiner IT onboarding and general IT deployments.
- Ensuring adherence to IT security, compliance, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / HND in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong communication skills in English and good user-interaction capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Windows desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Experience assisting team members and delivering reliable technical support.
