Behavior Treatment & Analysis is looking for an full time IT assistant for our Walnut Creek office. The IT Assistant provides technical support to the organization's computer systems, networks, and users. They assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of network systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and Mac OS
  • Proficient in managing and setting up IOS and Android Devices
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.

      IT Responsibilities:

      • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
      • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to staff.
      • Assisting in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
      • Collaborating with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures.
      • Assisting in data backup and recovery processes.
      • Providing end-user support for IT-related queries.
      • Customized reports 

      Administrative Responsibilities:

      • Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
      • Set up equipment for new hires.
      • Handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments.
      • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
      • Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
      • Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
      • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
