Job Summary:**
The IT Application Admin II at Jabil Vietnam Company Limited is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of various business applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new application features.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Install, configure, and maintain business applications and their associated servers/databases.
* Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
* Conduct routine security audits and apply necessary updates and patches to applications and operating systems.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues to end-users.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within various application systems.
* Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
* Collaborate with development teams and vendors for application upgrades, deployments, and problem resolution.
* Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
* Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new application technologies and solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in IT application administration or support.
* Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems and database administration (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
* Experience with various enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES, PLM).
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, ITIL) are highly desirable.
