Are you our new IT Application Specialist?
About the role
We are looking for an experienced person who will join our transformation project to Cloud Contact Center solution and after this will remain a part of maintenance & development team for the platform.
If you have experience in IT and want to grow in this area, for sure you will find a place in our team.
As Application Specialist your time will be split between:
- project team for platform implementation in 20 countries
- day-to-day maintenance team to support already onboarded locations
Final scope of tasks and way of grow depends mostly on you and your approach.
You will receive all needed support to cover knowledge about platform and functionalities.
What will you do:
- part of Cloud based solution implementation project
- day-to-day work on platform maintenance and development
- support internal stakeholders in creating efficient setup
- close cooperation with external vendors
- taking part in roadmap creation, long term strategy, problem management
Location
You can work in every European country where Intrum have the office.
What we’re looking for:
- knowledge about Cloud voice platforms
- experience in troubleshooting, incident resolving, maintenance of IT solutions
- at least basic knowledge about financial companies business
- very good level of English in both written and verbal communication
- self-motivation, ability to work independently, looking forward for new challenges and personal grow
- experience in work in international environment
It’s a plus if you bring:
- Development skills
- knowledge about integrations (MuleSoft, API)
- knowledge of Genesys products
- knowledge of Jira ticketing portal
- SQL skills
