Ready to dive into the world of SQL and financial systems? The IT Analyst is part of the team which develops, operates, and maintains reporting application in production environment. The team also ensures quality assurance and security compliance of the solution. The role requires IT capabilities and understanding of actuarial and accounting components is a necessity for smooth cooperation with actuarial colleagues.

What are the tasks you will perform:

• Requirement Analysis: Collect, analyze, and refine business and IT requirements from IFRS17 and local GAAPs for your colleagues in the development team.
• Implementation: Implement requirements in SQL procedures, configure xls files, and adjust Scheduler files.
• Lifecycle Participation: Engage in all project phases, including IT analysis, minor developments, unit testing, and bug fixing.
• Debugging: Focus on debugging and root cause analysis during ST, SIT, UAT phases, and production runs.
• Support: Handle Incident, Change, and Problem management on Production, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
• Reporting: Utilize Power BI for analytical storytelling, visualizing operational tasks, and bug root cause analysis.
• Collaboration: Communicate with multiple teams to align and coordinate on assigned topics.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years' experience of work in business or IT analysis, preferably with reporting applications
• Strong SQL skills (queries, procedures), for daily hands-on work and debugging.
• Financial and accounting knowledge, either learned or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, queries, formulas)
• Usage of python is advantage (opportunity to learn it on the job).
• Usage of AI tools is supported on the project in pilot initiatives.
• Usage of automation tools for improving efficiency is supported on the project.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and willingness to work in this style
• Fluent and comfortable in professional English
• Ability of independent logical thinking, good communication skills, pro-activity.
• Team player in a very communicative team.
