As an IT Analyst you will be the designated person to coordinate and follow up the work generated by the Service Now ticketing system. You will be expected to help in day-to-day support and involve in the drafting of local processes and procedures documentation. An ideal candidate will have 3 years or more experience in an IT service-oriented role and enjoys daily interactions with end-users. You should be experienced in troubleshooting system and network issues. You should be proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 and be familiar with a wide range of software and hardware.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Now coordination including ticket management, assignment and reporting
Manage hardware and software components and maintain asset inventory
Manage and assist End User Computing such as Excel macros and VBA
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience troubleshooting systems and networks
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 with basic programming skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including English and Cantonese
