As an IT Administrator, you’ll work with our internal team of elite operators and cyber security professionals and leverage your IT expertise to build and maintain a world class internal IT infrastructure. You’ll adapt solutions and resolve tough tech challenges without compromising internal security.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of our company’s computer infrastructure, which includes maintaining internal networks, servers and systems
- Provide remote technical support to our internal team for various issues, including advanced troubleshooting for complex problems with network architecture, workstations, and more
- Creatively prevent and block threat actors that are attempting to bypass our security controls
- Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow in our day-to-day operation
What we’re looking for
- Experience with Firewall/Networking Management, System Imaging, Post-Imaging Software Deployment and Software Management
- Experience with Centralized Systems Configuration, User and Device Policy Best Practices, Cloud Computing and Endpoint Security Platform Management
- An outstanding technical aptitude - you can quickly learn and apply knowledge on unfamiliar systems
- Proven success maintaining IT structural integrity
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
