Tasks
* You provide first- and second-level IT support for internal users and ensure fast and professional issue resolution.
* You ensure stable and reliable daily IT operations across the organization.
* You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
* You support and administer Microsoft 365 environments for end users.
* You assist with network administration, preferably using UniFi technologies.
* You support Windows-based server and system administration tasks.
* You analyze and resolve technical incidents and act as an interface between first- and second-level support.
* You actively contribute to the optimization and documentation of IT processes and workflows.
Requirements
* You have completed an education or training in IT or possess a comparable technical qualification.
* You have practical experience in IT support and system administration.
* You have solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
* You bring basic to intermediate knowledge of network administration, ideally with UniFi.
* You have experience working with Windows operating systems and server environments.
* You have very good English language skills at C1 level, which are required for this position.
* You have additional language skills in German, which are considered an advantage.
* You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
* You enjoy working in a team and have a service-oriented and reliable working style.
* You are flexible and open to occasional business travel.
