Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of a mission-critical Integrated Security Services contract supporting a complex federal security environment. This key leadership role is responsible for overall contract execution, strategic oversight, and ensuring the successful implementation, sustainment, and modernization of advanced electronic and physical security systems across multiple secure facilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, overseeing performance, schedule, cost, risk, personnel, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. The program supports a broad portfolio of technologies including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, physical security information management (PSIM), identity and credential management, biometric systems, screening systems, and mission-support applications.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the overall contract manager and lead. 
  • Provide strategic oversight for all task order activities. 
  • Manage performance, schedule, cost, and risk across the contract. 
  • Coordinate and communicate with government leadership and the COR. 
  • Direct and oversee Task Order Program Managers. 
  • Ensure successful implementation, sustainment, and delivery of complex security system solutions. 
  • Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and reporting obligations. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
  • 15+ years of experience implementing, managing, and sustaining complex security systems and programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) 
  • Scrum certifications 
  • Agile certifications 
  • Other recognized project/program management certifications 

Compensation: $133,515.00 - $200,330.00. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
