Role OverviewThe iScala ERP Analyst will provide day-to-day application support across iScala ERP and connected solutions, helping users resolve issues, maintain stable operations, and improve how the system supports business processes. This role is well suited for someone with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ERP support or techno-functional analysis who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support for iScala ERP users and resolve application issues, service requests, and support tickets.
- Support troubleshooting and hyper care activities across iScala ERP and the Edge Apps ecosystem.
- Work with business and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes or workarounds.
- Assist with functional deployment across Build, SIT, UAT, and end-user training activities.
- Support localization, electronic invoicing, advanced functions, and statutory or regulatory compliance needs within the ERP environment.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and workflow integrations using relevant Epicor and database technologies.
- Document solutions, user guidance, and support outcomes to improve system understanding and future issue resolution.
- Contribute to upgrades, testing, and process improvements that strengthen overall ERP performance.
- You will take ownership of issues end to end, working with urgency and accuracy to restore service and support business continuity.
- You will stay close to the work by partnering with users, understanding process flows, and removing obstacles before they affect customers or operations.
- You will use structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to move beyond quick fixes and help prevent repeat issues.
- You will collaborate openly across functional and technical teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to solutions that improve the system for everyone.

- 6-8 years of experience in iScala ERP support, techno-functional analysis, or a similar ERP application support role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of iScala ERP and related business processes.
- Experience supporting functional configuration, troubleshooting, deployment, and user issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2019, SQL Programming, SSRS Report Development, and SSIS Development.
- Experience with database management, complex SQL scripting, and investigation of ERP interfaces.
- Familiarity with Epicor Service Connect or similar integration tools is strongly valued.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users and cross-functional stakeholders in English.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience supporting iScala localization, electronic invoicing, or compliance-related ERP functions.
- Prior exposure to hyper care support, system upgrades, Build/SIT/UAT cycles, or end-user training.
- Experience creating user documentation, support guides, or process notes for business users.
