As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and customer requirements.

You will report directly to our Inventory Planning Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact operational excellence by ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and workforce safety, contributing directly to Honeywell Aerospace’s ability to deliver superior products to our customers on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage production teams to achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading projects or teams within the aerospace or automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and Oracle.
  • Proven ability to manage 15 to 20 production employees.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of RCCA methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
  • Commitment to ensuring production employees comply with HSE corporate policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
