As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing processes. You will oversee production teams, coordinate schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets.
You will report directly to our Site Leadership, and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, Pennsylvania location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and output quality of the production line, driving the success of the supply chain and contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Lead and develop production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless production flow.
Qualifications
Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in production supervision within integrated supply chain environments, demonstrating ability to manage teams and production schedules effectively.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
- Knowledge of RF electrical testing theory, processes, and equipment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production management software to monitor and optimize production workflows.
- Ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
