The Integrated Supply Chain Human Resources Director is a strategic HR partner to designated ISC leaders and organizations. The role converts operational priorities into workforce, talent, organization, and culture actions while coordinating consistent execution across locations and HR teams.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the assigned portfolio.
- Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters in partnership with specialist teams.
- Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
- Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure issues are resolved with speed and consistency.
- Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Significant progressive HR business-partner experience with leadership-level clients.
- Experience in organization design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and workforce planning.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical HR priorities and measurable actions.
- Excellent influence, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Graduate degree or professional HR certification.
- Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or operations.
- Experience in a multi-site, global, or highly matrixed environment.
