Job Description

As Customer Experience Data Engineer, you will be part of a global team and will report to the Enterprise Customer Experience Analytics and Reporting Manager. You will collaborate with IT and functional partners to develop power platform solutions, power bi reports, dataflows and other data related assets. We are looking for someone that has experience with data and can provide solutions that create value for our partners.

As the data analyst you are expected to understand how the business applications support the processes, how the information transforms as it goes through the business process, and the information architecture required to support the business analytics for the enterprise customer experience function.

Your Responsibilities - you will do:
  • Build end-to-end data solutions/models with focus on integration of data across multiple sources
  • Decompose an idea into a process, identify the necessary data, define supporting data and reporting structures, and create the reporting infrastructure
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile and identify gaps, uncover unmet business needs, and work with data engineering and solution architects to create a finished solution
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical reporting models (typically PowerBI)
  • Work with the Enterprise Analytics team to stay current with enterprise guidelines and standards
You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; other bachelor's level degrees will be considered
  • Microsoft PL300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) Certification will be an advantage
  • Flexibility on shift timing to overlap with global teams
  • 3+ years of experience building complex reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology.
  • Proficiency with O365 Applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
  • Passion about quality and enthusiastic about new technology
  • Direct firsthand experience designing and developing data/reporting solutions.
  • Domain experience supporting one of the following areas:
    • Customer care/customer support and incident management and/or operational process flow reporting and sales order processing
    • Enterprise customer insights (NPS, CSAT, and other forms of customer engagement and sentiment analysis)
    • Customer Success (Adopt, Expand, Renew)
    • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

Priority consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience specifically using Power BI to build complex, interactive reports, publishing Power BI reports to the Power BI service for reporting consumers, and experience with Azure SQL Data Warehouse/Azure Synapse.
