Essential Functions
- Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback from IronPro leadership and team members
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing field maintenance work orders under supervision
- Support coordination between service, parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate maintenance activities
- Enter, review, and update work order information using departmental systems
- Communicate professionally with internal team members to support customer service efforts
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn service and logistics operations
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations Management
- Or a related field
Travel:
- No travel is expected for this position
Physical Requirements:
- This role regularly communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
- Occasional movement within the office to access files, equipment, or collaborate with team members
Work Environment:
- This position is performed in a professional office environment
- Work is conducted in environmentally controlled conditions
- Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
