    • IR 이벤트(애널리스트 미팅, 로드쇼 등) 및 주주총회 준비운영 
    • IR 유선 문의 모니터링 및 주요 질의 요약 보고 
    • PR 관련 언론 문의 응대보도자료 초안 작성, 검토, 배포 지원 
    • 언론 모니터링 및 주요 보도 요약, 내부 공유 
    • IR/PR 웹사이트데이터베이스 관리 (콘텐츠 업데이트, 자료 정리 등) 
    • 부서 내 행정 지원 및 문서 관리 

     

    자격요건 

      • 학사 이상 (경영학, 커뮤니케이션, 금융, 또는 관련 전공 우대) 
      • IR, PR, 기업 커뮤니케이션, 재무 또는 경영지원 관련 업무 3년 이상 경력 
      • 한국어 소통능력 우수, 영어 중급 이상(읽기/쓰기/말하기) 
      • 세밀한 업무 처리 능력, 다수의 프로젝트 관리 능력 
      • 주도적이고 책임감 있는 팀 플레이어 
      • 적극적이며 내/외부 이해관계자와 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 능력

        General Summary 

        Orum Therapeutics is seeking a Junior Associate, IR/PR Support to assist in the daily operations of the Investor Relations. This role provides key administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth coordination of communications, documentation, and event execution. The position works closely with the IR/PR team and other internal teams to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all external communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual looking to develop experience in corporate communications and investor relations within a fast-paced biotech environment. 

         

        Principle Duties and Responsibilities 

        • Investor Relations (IR) & Communications 
          • Act as the initial contact point for IR/PR inquiries, routing questions to appropriate internal stakeholders for response preparation and ensuring prompt follow-up. 
          • Support the IR team in coordinating communication materials and activities related to quarterly/semi-annual reports and corporate disclosures. 
          Assist in preparing and proofreading investor communication materials such as FAQs, presentation slides, and earnings call scripts. 
          • Help manage the investor database and update key contact information for institutional investors and analysts. 
          Assist with logistics and scheduling for investor meetings, roadshows, Analyst Days, and shareholder events. 
          Monitor and summarize key industry and peer company news to support IR reporting. 
          • Help maintain and update the IR website with accurate and timely content under the direction of the IR Lead. 
          • Track retail investor inquiries via IR call center and summarize common questions or issues for internal review.
           
        • Disclosure :
          • Manage disclosure operations and system updates DART ensuring timely and accurate submissions in coordination with the IR and other stakeholders.
          • Handle disclosure-related content mainly finalized by IR and maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping.
          • Manage disclosure activities related to stock option exercises in coordination with external partners and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
        • Public Relations (PR) & Media Engagement 
          • Provide administrative and logistical support for PR events, press conferences, and external communications. 
          Assist in drafting and proofreading press releases and corporate announcements. 
          Monitor daily media coverage and prepare summary reports highlighting relevant news and company mentions. 
          Maintain and update the media contact database and distribution lists. 
          • Coordinate uploads of press materials and disclosures on the corporate website. 
          Assist in internal coordination when responding to media inquiries, under the guidance of the PR lead. 
          • Support general administrative tasks related to IR/PR operations, scheduling, and documentation. 
          Assist in communication tracking, file management, and report preparation. 
          • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, R&D, etc.) to collect data or confirm information for communication materials. 
          • Ensure all materials and disclosures are archived accurately and in compliance with internal standards.
           

         

         

        Skills, Abilities & Competencies 

        • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in Business, Communication, Finance, or related fields. 
        • At least 3 years of administrative or coordination experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Finance or Corporate operation. 
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean; intermediate English proficiency (read/write/speak) required. 
        • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
        • Proactive and dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and collaboration. 
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Slack or other collaboration tools is a plus.
