Lead global finance and accounting, including financial strategy, FP&A, treasury, reporting, controls, audits, tax, risk management, stock plans, and KOSDAQ compliance. Oversee investor communications and disclosures while partnering with IR, HR, Legal, and executive leadership on resource allocation, governance, organizational planning, and corporate strategy. The CFO will support fundraising, liquidity management, and cross-functional alignment in a global biotech organization.

The Head of Legal provides comprehensive legal counsel to the executive team and Board of Directors, leads legal function at the corporate level, oversees compliance, and manages strategic legal risks across multiple jurisdictions, facilitating Orum's growth and governance.

The Bioanalytical Scientist will lead the Bioanalytical and PK/PD function, manage CROs, oversee assay development for ADCs, and ensure compliance with GLP/GCP regulations, driving program milestones through scientific leadership and technical expertise.

The HR Manager will oversee Total Rewards and Equity compensation programs, support HR operations, compliance, benchmarking, and strategic projects across global functions.

Lead standalone and consolidated financial close and reporting under K-IFRS, review overseas subsidiary reporting, support tax, regulatory filings and external audits, strengthen internal controls, and participate in ERP and accounting process automation projects.
