We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Aortic team covering Daejeon & Chungcheong areas.
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Aortic products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned. This role will cover generally Daejeon & Chungcheong areas and will involve occasional outstation support as needed. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives through Aortic endovascular solutions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct

  • Conduct case In-service & observation in Cath-lab or OR

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors

  • Communicates customer promptly for preparing & planning case

  • Provide clinical education in the field of the company’s products and/or services

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses

  • 0 - 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

  • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages

  • Computer and MS Office proficient

  • Active driver’s license

  • Industry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)

  • Experience in Intervention or cardiovascular medical device is preferred

  • Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
