Objective of the position:
Analysis of information received to perform Customer requirements on timely manner in order to create accurate work orders while keeping track of Key performance Indicators through data management and Dashboards. Validation of IQMS data through verification of process completion. Provide feedback and correction, of IQMS data, and process training, as needed. Developing reports and applications linked to IMS, IQMS, shop floor technology, UKG, etc., that provide real-time information to support the Santiago CTS team.

Main Functions:
-Analyze work schedule for the area through the systems and tools developed, using reports and gathering information from Schedule and quotations applied to our location. Comparing of IQMS data to PDI Report and Kronos to ensure Dashboards and Invoicing reports are accurate.
-Evaluate work orders based on quotes and communication received from Corporate, analyze times per truck vs manpower available using the CTS Dashboard, and create predictions for manpower needs.
-Gather data and information from all different sources, to analyze and present through dashboards and different KPI`s based on the systems developed. analyze quotes.
-Manage and control updates on Parts Pro tool for any modification done to the trucks. Update BOM`s for installations.
