Responsibilities and Tasks:
As an OMT incoming Quality Control Engineer at Micron, you will support Incoming Quality Systems by providing key metrics, support Quality Systems strategic direction, participate in Quality activities and interacting on continuous improvement projects.
Additional responsibilities include serving as the Site Quality liaison for partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for Quality documentation, and developing relationships to collaboratively generate new ideas and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.
You will be relied upon to create strong morale and team spirit by sharing wins and successes, fostering open dialog, acknowledging team dynamics, and maintaining positive relationships.

- Work with the local site and global collaborators (process and Equipment engineer, manufacturing engineer, Supplier quality engineer etc) to Drive for good incoming material quality.
- Support incoming quality systems by providing key metrics, support quality systems strategic direction,
- Participate in quality activities and interacting on Continuous Improvement projects.
- Serving as the site quality liaison for Partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for quality documentation, and developing relationships collaboratively
- Generate new insights and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree, major in Electrical or Statistics or Chemistry
- 2+ years material experience or related process background in Semiconductor
- Skill on problem solving
