Job Description

We're looking for an iOS Developer to help take Fiix's explosive growth to a whole new level. We think most software is too complex, with too many features and too many promises. We're on a mission to change that—to build superior software that changes the way people work. We are growing fast, and we're looking for developers just like you who are keen about innovation

You will report to Manager/Team Lead

Major Responsibilities (What you will do)

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design, develop, and ship new features in the iOS app.
• Write clean, well-tested code to build new features, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Participate in design discussions, peer code reviews, and team meetings across iOS.
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality product by building, executing, and maintaining automated and manual tests.
• Be a team player in a collaborative environment.

Competencies (Requirements/What we're looking for):

• 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years of experience developing native iOS apps using Swift.
• Deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and delivering quality mobile applications.
• Familiarity with concepts such as MVVM Architecture, Combine, SwiftUI, and CoreData.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Experience with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process.
• Knowledge of Unit Testing and UI Testing using XCTest.
• Comfortable with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
• Passion for learning new technologies and maximising development efficiency, including exploring tech outside of iOS development.
• A portfolio of apps that you've developed and successfully released on the Apple App Store.
• Work independently and as part of a small collaborative team in an Agile environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors., M.S., in Computer Science or equivalent is ideal.
