Job Purpose
Support AI-powered financial analysis, credit assessment, banking proposal preparation, and process automation initiatives. The role will leverage financial data, credit intelligence, and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency, risk assessment, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and key ratios of active and inactive clients.
- Lead Evaluation: Evaluate NTB (New-to-Bank) leads and assess business and credit viability.
- Proposal Management: Support the end-to-end preparation of CAMs (Credit Assessment Memorandums), renewals, enhancements, and new banking proposals.
- Banking Operations Feedback: Capture and analyze feedback/hurdles from participating banks to improve proposal quality and smooth out onboarding processes.
- AI Integration: Leverage Microsoft Copilot for automated financial analysis, rapid documentation, and process workflow improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual financial and credit workflows.
- Build intelligence frameworks that improve turnaround time for proposal preparation and risk assessment.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Work closely with business teams to convert data insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, MBA, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Credit Analysis, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or FinTech underwriting.
- Core Competencies: Strong, foundational understanding of corporate financial statements and credit assessment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Crisil, Accord Fintech, Capitaline, or similar platforms).
- AI Savviness: Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or enterprise generative AI tools is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with rating agencies and financial research platforms.
