Invoice Testing & Support Lead.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to lead invoice and payment testing initiatives. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for invoicing and payments after each LATAM business goes live in iReceivables.

What you’ll do

• The role encompasses the full software testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to defect tracking and verification .

• Manage the complete testing process for assigned projects.

• Responsible for designing and developing test strategies and plans to validate business and technical requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional and regression, while developing and maintaining effective regression test plans.

• Provide invoice and payment support for LATAM business units.

• Review/approval of daily and bill cycle invoice batches, including the pull of requested documents 

• Ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery, with follow-up on document issues.

• Ensure accurate and complete new customer invoicing setups.

• Research and review inquiries from servicing teams; open tickets in a timely manner, if an issue is found.

What experience you need  

• 2- 3 years demonstrated experience in billing and/or invoicing processes, with a strong understanding of financial transaction workflows.

• 2-3 years experience in functional testing.

• Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline, with demonstrated 2-3 years academic progress.

• English B2/C1​
