Work Flexibility: Hybrid
This position will play a key role within Dispute team, reporting directly to Senior Manager. The person in this role is responsible for leading and supervising all dispute resolution activities for Invoice to Cash (I2C) within entire EMEA region and acting as second level of escalation. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with local teams (Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Pricing etc.). This role includes firstly to build a team, transition dispute process to SSC and stabilize & standardize it after that.
What you will do

Build, develop and lead a strong AR team (up to 9 people) dedicated to resolving disputes, starting from transition of dispute processes and building documentation .

Set strategy, manage performance, and drive engagement within the team.

Coach, mentor, and supervise team members locally and in PFC.

Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and efficiency.

Implement and optimize financial business processes to reduce dispute volumes.

Drive data-driven decision-making, develop PowerBI dashboards, and monitor KPIs.

Ensure timely resolution of disputes in EMEA and support month-end close.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Pricing teams on cash collection and dispute resolution.
What you need
Required:

BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

Between 7 and 12 years of AR/O2C/Customer Service experience with focus on dispute resolution

Minimum 2 – 4 years of people manager experience

Advanced MS Office skills

Fluent spoken and written English
